We accept returns on most unopened products postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Items must be unopened with all seals intact. We are unable to accept returns on refrigerated products, N95 masks, and products from ProLon. Please note that some manufacturers may impose a restocking fee for processing returns and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note: if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number and/or return a product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
